HOW LONG WILL THE VINYL OR WRAP LAST?
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY WRAP?
A wrap typically lasts for 5-10 years depending on the material used and conditions in which the car is driven and stored. 3M's manufacture expected life performance for non printed wrap films is 7 years. High performance cut vinyl (non-wrap film) manufacture expected life performance is 8 years.
Hand-washing is the recommended method with a non abrasive sponge or clothe, dry with a with microfiber towel. Use caution when pressure washing any wrapped surface, especially edges. Automated car washes are not recommend, as they can scratch the film. Use non-bleach products only. Avoid any fuel spills, wash and rinse immediately.

WHAT KIND OF RESOLUTION IS REQUIRED FOR ARTWORK FILES, AND WHICH TYPE OF FILES DO YOU ACCEPT?
Clean Wraps offers a 60 day installation warranty.
In its most basic interpertation, the vinyl material warrantee is based on the vinyl manufactures warrantee. Each manufacture has a seperate stated warrantee and are freely available on the web from the specific manufactures.
Most of these vinyl manufactures do not warrantee the vinyl for more than 1 year when it is exposed to direct sunlight on a horizontal surface, for example such as a roof or a hood. Unlike vertical surfaces, They know that these horizontal exposure areas will get beat up the most with the heat and the sun exposure. Window perf materials also not holdup to the sun as well as solid vinyl so there is only a 2 warrantee on window perf vinyl.
It is important to finish with a resolution of no less than 72dpi at full size. We can accept almost any file type and prefer the format to be in line-art, such as .eps or vector files. JPEG formats must be 300DPI or greater for printing.
DOES CLEAN WRAPS OFFER WRAP REMOVALS?
Wrap removal can be very time consuming we charge by the square feet and by the hour for the labor. All removals are quoted separately. Clean Wraps can not be held responsible for any paint damage or existing striping damage during removal. No use of steel or metal knives are used during the removal process.
